Soy wax offers a clean-burning alternative to paraffin. It is an entirely vegetable based wax that is environmentally sound and healthy for your home.  There are a host of reasons to choose soy, and now you know!  The best reason, however, is that soy is the best value and the best product for YOU!

The soybean (Glycine max) is often called the miracle crop. It is the world's foremost provider of protein and oil. The bushy, green soybean plant is a legume related to clover, peas and alfalfa. Farmers plant soybeans in the late spring. During the summer, soybeans flower and produce 60-80 pods, each holding three pea-sized beans. In the early fall, farmers harvest their crop for these beans which are high in protein and oil. A 60-pound bushel of soybeans yields about 48 pounds of protein-rich meal and 11 pounds of oil.

Please read all Warning Label Information before burning any candle!

Soy Jar Candles: Burn 1-2 hours to create an even melt pool across the jar.  Keep wicks trimmed to 1/4" before every burn for a cleaner and longer burning candle and to avoid any breakage of glassware.  Do not power burn any jar candle as glass heats up and will shatter from prolonged periods of candle burning.

Tealights:
Our tealights will burn for approximately 7-10 hours based on proper burning procedures.  All our tealight wicks are pre-trimmed for the first initial burn.  We recommend that you burn our tealights for no more than 2 hours at a time.  Some fragrances have a different effect on the burn than others.  Some create a higher flame and some a smaller flame.  If the flame seems too high, please trim the wick,  as this will create a cleaner, safer and longer burning candle.  Always burn tealights in a proper candle holder.  Do not burn our tealights in any closed in ceramic containers.

Soy Melts:  Soy Melts do not get burned as there is no wick to light.  Soy Melts are intended to be used in a Wax Melter with no water.  When a tealight is lit, this creates heat to the underside of the melt pot which allows the individual squares of the Soy Melt to liquify.  A fantastic lingering aroma is now created from the heat of the tealight.
