WHOLESALE ORDERS 
 

PRODUCT GUARANTEE:   Serene Candles is confident that you will love the products we manufacture.  We offer a
100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products.  All damages have to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the
products.  Return the item within 14 days of delivery, in original condition, in its original box and wrapping, including the
packing slip, and we will refund your money within 10 business days (excluding shipping).   No products can be returned
that show any signs of misuse due to not following proper burning procedures listed on all "WARNING LABELS" or any
products showing any signs of being excessively used.  No products can be returned due to "Disliking" fragrances.

 

PAYMENT: Paypal, cheque and cash are excepted forms of payment.

 

WHOLESALE MINIMUM ORDER:  $200.00 for first time orders before taxes.  $100.00 for re-orders before taxes.  A
service charge of $15.00 will be applied to any orders that do not meet the minimum order requirements. 

 

SHIPPING:  All local orders will be shipped via Serene Candles with a charge of $15.00.  Any local order over $500.00,
free shipping applies.  Out of town orders will be shipped via Purolator or Canada Post.  Freight is the responsibility of
the purchaser.
